Volvo Cars has identified a potential issue with the high‑voltage battery cells in certain 2024–2025 Volvo EX30 vehicles. In rare cases, the battery may overheat when charged to a high level.
While a fix is being investigated all affected owners should limit their vehicles’ maximum charge level to 70%.
Volvo Cars will contact impacted customers directly with further information and next steps. There is no need to contact your Retailer at this stage.
